Lake Barcroft is a community of 1,324 homes surrounding a beautiful wooded lake in Falls Church, Virginia. The lake has five white-sand beaches, staffed by lifeguards in the summer, and allows electric-powered pontoons, sailboats, and self-propelled boats. The lake and its beaches are privately owned by the HOA and for use by its residents. Nonmembers not accompanied by a resident found on a beach or in the lake are considered trespassers, and will be cited by Fairfax County police who regularly patrol the area.
